Jerry B. Heftler, President

Mr. Heftler founded Integrated Medical Solutions, Inc., in 1999.  As the corporation's chief executive he is responsible for strategic planning, business retention initiatives, fiscal viability, and developing the corporate growth and succession plan.  His leadership skills were developed in part during a 22 year career with a large federal agency where he was often recognized for his innovative management style and outstanding performance.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut and is an accomplished leader within the business community.  Mr. Heftler currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mansfield Texas Economic Development Corporation.  He is a guest columnist for the Fort Worth Business Press and Mansfield News Mirror, and is a past recipient of the National Leadership Award from the Small Business Advisory Council.  Additionally, Mr. Heftler is a member of the Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals, the Heart Rhythm Society, American Heart Association, and Public Access Defibrillation League.

Gail H. Wilhelm, Vice President, BA, RCS, NCET

Ms. Wilhelm's professional career includes 24 years with a Fortune 500 Company where she held upper and senior management positions. She is certified by the American Management Association in Education and Training, Policy Development and Public Speaking. Additionally, in 2003 Ms Wilhelm became a certified echocardiographer.  She is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.

Ms. Wilhelm is a majority stock holder of IMS, Inc. and serves as liaison to our corporate clients.  She is responsible for business development, contracted physicians, and our community outreach programs.  Gail is active in her community and is frequently requested as a keynote speaker.

Alison K. Landin, Director Of Operations

Ms. Landin is a majority stock holder of IMS, Inc. and is responsible for the management of fiduciary and general operations of the company.  She has a degree in Finance from The University of Texas.

Prior to joining IMS in 2001, Ms.Landin's professional background included Consumer Wealth Management, Financial Center Management and Mortgage Banking.  Her business expertise also includes Medical Office Management.  As evidenced by her rapid ascent through the management ranks of a large international bank, Ms. Landin is an insightful and effective leader.

Sharon Driscoll, Director of Managed Care Networks

Ms. Driscoll possesses more than 15 years of diverse medical management experience. She has previously held positions in large, high volume clinics where she honed her professional skills in patient scheduling, claims processing, insurance dispute resolution, and case management.  Sharon holds and maintains numerous professional certifications that continue to render her an expert in the field of managed care.  As Director she is responsible for the administration of all day to day managed care network operations, as well as the professional development of our Account Supervisors and Account Managers.

Alan M. Taylor II, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.C., IMS Medical Director

Integrated Medical Solutions is proud to have Dr. Alan M. Taylor II serving as Medical Director.  Dr. Taylor is a respected physician who has been certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Cardiology.  He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Louisiana, Illinois, and Texas.  Dr. Taylor maintains a private practice in two locations and serves at three hospitals.  He is also an Assistant Adjunct Clinical Professor for The University of Texas – Arlington.  Dr. Taylor has been published numerous times, and serves the community by frequently giving presentations on a variety of topics related to cardiac health.
